Rachel D’Acquisto, known as Ray Ray, is the Owner and Creator of Cocktail Lab AZ. With a career rooted in the service industry, she brings hands-on operational knowledge to bar and front of house consulting, helping operators develop efficient systems, cohesive brands, and guest experiences built for long-term success.

Cocktail Lab AZ partners with hospitality teams to develop concepts from idea to opening and beyond. Services include bar operations, menu and beverage strategy, alcohol branding, staffing and training systems, and launch support. Event planning, collaborations, and programming are used strategically to support operations, marketing, and community engagement.

Cocktail Lab AZ works across a wide range of hospitality concepts, from community-driven restaurants like Casa Madre to high-energy nightlife spaces such as HUB, Playground Bar and Lounge, and Rbar at the historic Rialto Theatre. The work also includes immersive pop-ups like Miracle on Congress and craft cocktail programs such as Martin Drug Co., reflecting experience across bars, restaurants, event-driven venues, and seasonal activations.
